Bent Pyramid

The Bent Pyramid is one of Egypt’s most unique and fascinating pyramids, located in Dahshur. Built during the reign of Pharaoh Sneferu, it is known for its unusual shape, with a noticeable change in angle halfway up the structure. This distinctive design reflects an important stage in the evolution of pyramid construction in ancient Egypt. The pyramid is remarkably well preserved and still retains much of its original smooth limestone casing.
